Weddings
Thinking of booking a bagpiper for your special day? One of our highly experienced fleet of pipers is the perfect way to add a Scottish sound to the air on the day.
Our packages can be tailored to have as much piping during the day as you desire.
-Piping for the arrival of the wedding guests.
-Piping before, during and immediately after the ceremony.
-Piping during the drinks reception following the ceremony.
-Piping the Bride and Groom into the wedding meal.

Funerals
The addition of a bagpiper to funeral proceedings will undoubtedly add a poignant touch to the send-off for a loved one.
Our pipers can be dressed in a darker colour to respect the atmosphere of the day and perform renditions of the favourite pieces of music of the deceased.
Cremation Services
-Walking and piping in front of the hearse for arrival at the crematorium.
-Piping as the bearers carry the coffin inside.
-Piping during the committal (conditional on crematorium rules).
-Piping as the attendees leave, and as the procession departs.
Burial Services
-Walking and piping in front of the hearse for arrival at the cemetery.
-Piping the bearers to the graveside and for the coffin lowering.
-Piping as the attendees leave, and as the procession departs.

Corporate Events
Our pipers have a vast experience in performing at various corporate events in Scotland and around the world. We can accommodate requests for:
-Business conferences and meetings.
-Burns Suppers (including the addition of the Address to a Haggis).
-Corporate lunch and dinner parties.
Our pipers can welcome guests upon arrival, perform during the event itself, and at any other point that is requested. Upon enquiry, please specify as much details on the type of corporate event you require a piper or musician for, and the degree to which they will be included in the event. Your package price will be tailored to meet your requirements.
Ceilidh Band
A ceilidh band can be one of the most uplifting additions to any event, be it a wedding, birthday party, corporate function or student ball. Our ceilidh band can be made up of between 3 to 6 musicians of various instruments, and the make-up of the band can be tailored to your requirements.
Our band draws upon some of Scotland’s finest traditional musicians, who will call the dances for your attendees and be sure to get everyone on the dance floor to have a fantastic experience!
Upon enquiry, please specify the preferred instrumental line-up of the band, and the length to which the ceilidh music and dancing will be required for during your event. Your ceilidh package price will be tailored to meet your requirements.
Solo Performers
A solo performer can be a fantastic addition to any event. Rowan Piping and Events are delighted to be able to offer:
-Solo Vocalist with guitar/piano.
-Accordion player.
-Fiddle player.
-Clarsach player.
-Low Whistle player.

Small Group Performances
Looking for something a bit different? Our musicians can be mixed and matched to create smaller groups for performances at events.
If you have a particular make up in mind, please send us a request on the enquiry page detailing the instruments you would like, and the type of event they will be performing at. The small group performance package price will be tailored to meet the requirements of the band and the degree to which they will be performing during your event.
